I’ve recently been doing one cartoon a week for The Dallas Morning News. But in light of the devastating flooding in Kerr County, Texas, they asked me to create a special cartoon to reflect the grief that so many Texans are feeling right now. The loss of so many young girls from the summer camps is the most heartbreaking part of this tragedy. I can’t begin to imagine the pain and sorrow their families are enduring.
