The U.S. dollar suffered its sharpest drop in more than 50 years during the first half of 2025, falling about 11% and ending a 15-year bull cycle. Although it rebounded 3.2% in July, analysts at Morgan Stanley expect the slide to continue, predicting another 10% decline by the end of 2026 as U.S. growth and interest rates converge with those of other major economies.
