There are many low points in Donald Trump’s America, but every so often he manages to tunnel just a little deeper, emerging proudly in a fresh cavern of depravity. This week’s excavation came aboard Air Force One, where the president of the United States—a man with nuclear codes and an entire communications team—responded to a routine question from Bloomberg reporter Catherine Lucey by calling her “piggy.”
