When Todd Blanche says that the phrase “86 47” is “posted constantly” and that not “every one of those statements” results in charges, he is, perhaps unintentionally, making the case against himself. Equal justice under law does not mean “we prosecute some people for this, but not others.” It certainly doesn’t mean prosecuting the one person who happens to be a longtime political adversary of the president.
