Gun violence is often a symptom of emotional or mental imbalance, but not the only one. Clearly, there is something wrong with someone who, when faced with an extremely serious case of political violence, responds with mockery and lies. And it is much worse when that person is a senator, who is supposed to represent a lot of people and therefore owes them at least a minimum of responsibility and decorum. Mike Lee is an embarrassment to Utah, his party, and his country.
