What is especially condemnable about the aggressive measures taken by the current administration is that rather than being focused on solving problems, they are focused on generating more problems for very specific groups of people. Usually, the most vulnerable. I am talking about low-income people, women, children and migrants. And it is even worse if you have the “misfortune” of belonging to all these groups at the same time!
