Imagine being treated like a criminal solely because of the color of your skin, perhaps because you work in construction, or because someone overhears you speaking a few words in another language... That is exactly what the SCOTUS conservatives are giving the green light to. They are deeming it "acceptable" for millions of citizens, even if they are completely legal, to live in fear of being exposed to one of the countless abuses committed by this administration in its hunt for undocumented migrants. This is racial discrimination. It is unfair and immoral and jeopardizes the protection guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
