About Maduro and Venezuela

Anyone who values democracy, justice, and freedom must denounce authoritarianism wherever it exists. For years, Venezuela has been under the control of a perverse dictatorship that has robbed its people of their oil revenues, rights, freedoms, lives, and elections. It's no surprise that millions of Venezuelans have been forced into exile. We can talk later about opportunism and the best or worst ways to get rid of dictatorships, but we cannot allow dictators to manipulate the situation to paint themselves as victims.
