Family life, which includes life as a couple, should be private, and that privacy should be respected. That said, if you devote yourself to forcing your “correct” way of life onto other people—by lying, persecuting, harming, and tearing apart other families in the name of a “perfection” that not even your own family observes—don’t expect such hypocrisy to go unnoticed.
