At first I was angry at the DOJ for fanning the Hunter Biden flames, but maybe there is some method to Merrick's madness. By appointing a special counsel, the DOJ can claim equal justice for both parties and perhaps mute the GOP's "witch hunt" conspiracy when it comes to Trump.
