The cowardly decisions by The LA Times and The Washington Post not to endorse a presidential candidate are the latest examples of how Donald Trump's threats to punish his enemies are working. The billionaire owners of both newspapers are more worried about their bottom lines than the fate of our democracy. So much for watchdog journalism.
