There's a famous quote that says, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Someone should pass it on to Musk, who, instead of helping control the political monster he helped create, proposes creating a new one. That says a lot about his natural "intelligence." And let's not even get into his artificial one. That disaster alone deserves another cartoon.
