So, the president sued the IRS for $10 billion because his tax returns leaked—a lawsuit that a federal judge has already ruled was filed for an “improper purpose”—and the settlement of that lawsuit includes a clause that the IRS is “forever barred and precluded” from examining his taxes. Forever.
