I know we’ve said this before, but the disconnect between the words and actions of those who call themselves Christians—while constantly making excuses for Donald Trump’s outrageous behavior—is becoming increasingly evident. Take the most recent example: in response to Trump’s latest outburst against the Pope, instead of calling on the president to show some restraint, JD Vance (who, to top it all off, claims to be Catholic) went on to tell Pope Leo XIV that he should “be careful when he talks about matters of theology.” Can you imagine that?… Well, you don’t have to; it’s all over the news.
