Let's face it, nowadays your skin color is enough to put you in danger. There are people with completely legal status, even citizens born in this country, who have been detained and humiliated by ICE under this administration simply because of the way they look. That's what happens when you tolerate, justify, and even try to hide the atrocities that racism has caused throughout history.
