This was the plan he dismissed during the 2024 campaign as “seriously extreme,” the work of the “severe right,” and something he swore he would never even bother to read. Now, with the government on the verge of collapse and Americans staring down the possibility of missed paychecks, Trump is parading Project 2025 as the governing playbook.
